Pakistan, Turkiye united against Israel’s full military takeover plan

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, during which the two leaders discussed Pakistan–Türkiye bilateral cooperation as well as regional and global issues.

According to the foreign office spokesperson, both expressed deep concern over the grave humanitarian situation in Gaza and strongly condemned Israel’s plan for a complete military takeover of the territory.

Ishaq Dar described the Israeli government’s takeover scheme as a blatant violation of international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions.

The leaders also emphasised the urgent need for the immediate and unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
