CSS Topper Saba Shah Room vows Merit-Based service after outstanding succes
Rawalakot :Recently, Saba Shah Room, who achieved remarkable success in the CSS examination, has said that after assuming her new responsibilities, providing facilities to people without discrimination and resolving their issues will be her top priority.
Expressing gratitude for her success, she said she is thankful to Allah Almighty as well as her parents and teachers, who guided and encouraged her at every step, enabling her to reach this position.
She said that she is proud that she fulfilled her parents’ expectations and added that she would use her position and success for the welfare of the common people.
She expressed these views while addressing a gathering during her visit to Ghazi-e-Millat Press Club Rawalakot. On her arrival at the press club, President Ghazi-e-Millat Press Club Shafqat Zia, along with other office-bearers and members, welcomed her and congratulated her on her success.
On the occasion, her uncle, renowned banker Abdul Ghaffar, and other relatives were also present.
She belongs to the village of Bangoin, a suburb of Rawalakot. She completed her middle education from her native village, matriculation and FSc from Paniola, BS from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, where she also secured a gold medal, and later completed her Master’s and MPhil from Quaid-i-Azam University.
After that, she joined the Pakistan Navy as a Junior Scientist through the Federal Public Service Commission. During this service, she successfully passed the CSS examination and has been recommended for allocation in the Office Management Group.
She said that when she returned to her native village after her success, the warm and enthusiastic welcome she received was beyond imagination, and the love shown by her family and community would always remain a valuable asset in her life.
In her message to students and youth, she said that even the most difficult goals can be achieved through hard work. She emphasized that dedication, sincerity, and continuous effort are essential conditions for success, and without hard work and commitment, success in any field is not possible.
It is worth mentioning that in the CSS 2025 examination, four women from Azad Kashmir made history by passing the exam. The other successful candidates include Aniqah Fatima from Kotli, Aiman Asad from Muzaffarabad, and Waleeja Nisar from Jhelum Valley.
Speaking on the occasion, President Ghazi-e-Millat Press Club Shafqat Zia congratulated Saba Shah Room on her outstanding success and termed it a matter of pride for the region. He expressed hope that she would utilize her abilities for public service and perform her professional duties effectively, bringing honor to her family, area, and region.
